We also work with equity investment partners in the cannabis industry.For our Commercial Real Estate clients, we procure equity and debt funds for development of new assets, acquisitions, refinancing, permanent loans, across asset types such as: multifamily, retail, mixed use, industrial, senior living, mobile home parks, etc. BCC maintains relationships with capital partners across industries, loan types, (from hard money to agency loans like Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and beyond), and size. Typical deals range from $5mm to $50mm but we have resources to take care of any size or need.
