Affordable Housing Partners is a 501 c(3) Non-Profit Organization that proudly collaborates with the National Community Stabilization Trust as well as other State and Federal programs to provide affordable housing options directly to deserving home buyers. In a supportive effort to revitalize some of our nation's neighborhoods, AHP is uniquely positioned to acquire and rehabilitate distressed residential properties in multiple states. The houses are restored to safe, appealing and efficient conditions for individuals and families to call their home.
