Alma Gallery was founded in Trikala in 2010. From the outset the gallery has featured works by both established and emerging Greek artists using a wide range of media. Having presented a variety of significant exhibitions of renowned Greek artists from the 1960s until now, the gallery's program is focused on highlighting the ongoing dialogue between modern and contemporary art in Greece.In 2015 Alma opened its second gallery in Athens with an aim to introduce to the public a new generation of talented Greek artists in a space located at the center of the Greek capital.Alma Gallery commits on supporting innovative, pioneering work and therefore aspires to become a platform that promotes the new artistic vision of Greece that extends beyond its borders.
