ALTARENCE has been created in 2014 as a mean to finance, promote, develop, support spinoffs & startups in the circular economy, new technologies or disruptive business models. Focus domains are CCUS, chemistry, renewable energies, water preservation and re-use, among others. The company partners with universities to identify and invest at very early stage in promising science-based projects with purpose. It supports the founding teams with methodology, business and industry knowledge, company management skills, coaching and care. ALTARENCE also invests as Business Angel on more mature projects with CSR goals and impact on society.
