Activity for All (formerly JM Sports Coaching) is a Community Interest Company established in 2004 with one sole objective – to increase participation in physical activity for ALL ages. Our team of teaches, coaches, instructors, leaders and other stakeholders strive to engage with all community groups and smash any barriers that prevent participation so everyone can enjoy the lifelong health benefits of regular exercise. We currently work with over 300 schools across North West England and North Wales, over 150 businesses, NHS trusts, local sports clubs, colleges, community groups and much more. We also provide a range of activities from our own sports centres in Liverpool, Wirral and Holywell, have our own full-time study programme for 16-19 year olds. Activity for All currently facilitates activity for over 10,000 children and adults each week.Our mission is to improve the lives of thousands, then millions through our team's relentless drive to increase participation in physical activity. Exercise can come in so many forms and it is our passion to find innovative ways of getting people moving, so they can start to enjoy the immediate benefits, whatever their age and ability. So whether we're leading an after-school football club in a local school, delivering our 120 ft inflatable assault course event, engaging large corporations with team building activities, co-ordinating the daily mile at the local college, organising walking football for over 65s or supervising toddler time at our sports centre's inflatable soft play area – our team are happy!We strive to continue to find innovative ways to increase participation in physical activity – mainstream sports are for some but not for everyone, so we're here to bring a wider range of activities than anyone else!Keep moving, Stay smiling!
