AdaptX addresses the three primary barriers to better health and wellness for individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities: access to facilities and knowledgeable coaches, transportation, and cost. Our Level One course provides health and disability service professionals with the tools and knowledge to create more inclusive fitness programs. The AdaptX app offers live and on-demand cost-effective fitness programming for athletes of all abilities. Together, the two will improve the health and wellness of thousands of individuals with disabilities.
