It was formed out of the rebrand of Astro Mobile in 2023 after the expansion of the business into the health & wellness and buy-now pay-later industries. Astro Mobile was founded in 2014 and focused on manufacturing and selling affordable mobile devices in Zimbabwe, Zambia, Mozambique, and Malawi. We have now evolved into a fully-fledged technology company also offering buy-now pay-later services ("eshagi") and digital health and wellness solutions ("Pulse Active"). The mobile phone business is known as Astro Mobile.
