I have a private practice in Berkeley in which I provide psychotherapy to adolescents, adults, and couples. I specialize in using EMDR to work with trauma and addiction recovery. I create an environment designed to help you feel safe, heard, and respected. I have a relational style, meaning that the therapeutic relationship is something that we co-create; you will receive feedback from me, and not feel like you're talking to a blank wall. Most of my training has been based on psychodynamic theory, but I use an integrative approach, pulling from different theories and modalities to create a treatment plan that fits your situation. I also provide coping skills to practice preferred behaviors, and for symptom reduction.
