For existing buildings, we evaluate building envelopes, analyze energy and water use, benchmark best practices, and develop operational measures that improve indoor air quality and mitigate environmental impacts.Our services include not only interpretation of green building rating system requirements, coordination of roles and responsibilities, specification review, and on-line administration, but also energy code compliance, energy modeling, and heat transfer analysis.
