We offer coaching to individuals and teams as well as training in the areas of Mental Skills for Sport, Team Communication, and Coaching Skills for Managers in Sport.\\We believe that every individual and team has specific needs and requirements that are unique to their particular situation. As a result we prefer to tailor our materials to the needs of the client rather than offering an ‘off the shelf' solution.\\ \In the initial consultation with a new client we listen carefully to the needs of the client, the challenges they are facing and what they want to achieve through the coaching process. We will discuss a number of possible approaches and, in conjunction with the client, lay out a preliminary roadmap for the change process.\\We will re-evaluate the effectiveness of the coaching process on an on-going basis as the needs of the client evolve.
