Aubri Jade started as a hobby that turned into a passion. After a lot of prayer, thoughts and discussion, Jadie Photography (Jadie was the original name that had to be changed later) was birthed. My husband, Jason, was in the Air Force and we were stationed in Crete, Greece. It is a beautiful country and we thought it would be ludicrous if we didn't capture such a beautiful place. We researched and decided that we would purchase a Nikon DSLR camera. It worked fantastic but we weren't using it to its full potential. My husband was talking with some folks that went to the Chapel on base and heard of an editing program that many photographers use and that it was on sale for really cheap, so my Husband bought it not knowing that it would end up being the platform for Aubri Jade Photography's editing.Jason's time was up in Greece so it was time to go. Luckily we received orders to Venice Italy—how awesome is that! After being there for about a year we decided to have family photos done because we had our three year old and a newborn and we were in Italy, why not?! So, I scoured Facebook for English speaking photographers and found one that had really nice pictures and wasn't outrageously priced. We went and had pictures taken and the photographer was very polite and worked with us. After our family photos, I started to really learn how to use the camera to some of its potential. I have always had a way with children and even more so when I had my own children. I recognize the desire and the necessity to have pictures of those special times in life that deserve to be remembered. Starting a family is life changing and goes by excruciatingly fast, don't forget those memories--Capture them Forever.
