My practice, Awakening into Wholeness is safe, confidential and non-judgemental, with an integrated, person-centered and somatic approach, gently and nurturingly encouraging my clients to work at their own pace.I follow the Psychosocial model, which embraces the Spiritual, Emotional, Physical, Cognitive, and Social (Relationships) aspects of who we are. This model teaches a self-honouring way of being, ensuring connection and creative interaction with others - in resonance, balance and wholeness.
