Ayanda African Oils was developed from a need to expand and consolidate the essential oil industry in South Africa. A farmers co-operative was formed to assist farmers with marketing capabilities and offer shared, state of the art resources. Through this co-operative, Ayanda African Oils was born. Ayanda African Oils operates 6 distilleries with over 1250 hectares of crop cultivated to essential oils and we are expanding this area every year. Our warehousing facility is strategically located within one hour from a sea port, as well as King Shaka International airport (Durban). This easy access to ports and air freight allows for quick and efficient transport and delivery processes.Controlling the full process, from growing the crops to the distillation of the oil, on our many geographically separate farms, we are able to offer our clients reliable supply of consistent quality oil and hydrosols from our modern distillation facilities.
