The Company name was changed to Briscoe Properties Limited in February 2004 and the business scope was broadened to include Property Development, Project Management and Property Management / Sales and Leasing.BPL is a subsidiary of R.T. Briscoe Nigeria PLC ["RTB"].BPL is currently the manager of a number of residential estates and retail properties in the Lagos environs .
