The Bach Center originated in the Commonwealth of Virginia in 1995. The firm relocated to New York City a few years later, where - in 2003 - it became one of 16 vendors approved to perform evaluations for the NYC Department of Education. We've built our reputation conducting both formative and summative evaluations for K-12 education programs, as well as for dozens of other social service, health-related, community, environmental and arts clients around the country.
