As is their dogged commitment to quality and excellence at every level.On January 15, 2000 in St. Petersburg, Florida, the first Bonefish Grill was born. People turned out in droves! The success of their vision has generated restaurant growth that has taken them throughout the Southeast and Northeastern coasts, and today Bonefish Grill has begun expanding throughout the U.S.
