Bright Blue works with companies (particularly SME & Start-up organisations) to help them achieve strong foundations and lasting improvements in their Sales Effectiveness, Sales Performance and Sales Planning. We do this by combining training content with an understanding of how people learn, and specifically on how to overcome the various barriers to change. We are not a training organisation, because training itself has no long-lasting effect on people or their business. We believe that companies spend massive amounts on training events that are completely wasted, because they do not provide the lasting results that can be taken forward into the future to produce long-lasting improvement. We place particular focus on what happens after the training event as we do on the training itself, using various coaching and application tools so our clients can see genuine long-lasting results that will help take their business to where it should be.
