The Broad∙Side Collective is a community of artists, academics, makers, and dreamers – brought together with the purpose of rethinking how meaning is made, visions are expressed, value is shared, communities are empowered, and the world is changed.B∙SC broadly seeks to provide the critical perspectives required of the next generation of creatives to prepare them to lead in a democratic society; to create and work in a world shaped by seismic changes in technology, economics, and demographics; AND to control their lives, decisions, and education. B∙SC is above all an experimental laboratory for ideas and practice –the "univers-ity" we imagine. We have few answers but many questions.
