The CENTRAL TECHNICAL TRAINING FOUNDATION is formed with the Aims and Objectives of providing technical and Vocational Skill training , Entrepreneurship Development , Project Consultancy and assured employment to rural youths. The need for forming this institute is the fact that students from the formal schools and colleges find it very difficult to get employment and most of them have remained unemployed even after years of study in formal schools and colleges, only a few could be absorbed in the labor market and find fruitful employment, and that too those coming from metropolis and cities who after their Degree and PG having undergone intensive coaching in various competitive examination could find employment that too only a handful and the rest remain as "educated unemployed". Seeing the plight of the educated unemployed youth it was then felt that if students are provided training in Technical and Vocational Skill, they could easily find employment and earn regular income, so that the poverty and miserable existence of rural youths could be avoided. The founder of this Institute Mr T. PRASAD, who was then a Teacher/ Lecturer at Polytechnic college visualized the importance of Technical and Vocational training and he along with 6 other colleagues from different areas of the society, started a Technical and Vocational Training center at IRITTY in the Year 2002.
