Growing up in Jamaica in a single mother household. I would witness my mom getting home from work tired and then had to make dinner for us. As soon as I was old enough I got into the kitchen and started making dinner for the family so she did not have to come home and prepare food for us. This is when I discover my passion for cooking. The pleasure of seeing a smile on everyone's face filled me with satisfaction.I at 18, I went to college and studied culinary arts . I did externship at Sandals Jamaica and worked at a local restaurant. In 2009 I migrated to American where I went to Le Cordon Blue College of Culinary Arts which I earned a degree in Culinary Science. I have worked in French, Greek and American restaurants just to name a few. I have worked with Children, College Students and Seniors.I decided to start my own catering and personal chef business because to me it is more personal. I consider myself a people person and I genuinely love to see people happy. My business is family based business with staff that is just as passionate as I am. We go above and beyond for our clients. Whenever I cook for my clients I always remember the first time I prepare dinner for my family and the look of satisfactions on their faces. I take those memories with me and I keeps me humble.
