We believe that mediation has the power to improve the health, well-being and resilience of all individuals in our communities. Effects of conflict are far-reaching, and tools to address this should be available to everyone.At the heart of our organisation we have an active and highly-effective training programme. Calm offers skills development as well as accreditation. We are grateful to have so many of our graduates volunteering with us on a long-term basis to serve our communities, putting their skills into practice!
