Chatail was founded in December 2016. What we have discovered is that online interaction has made a huge detriment to real-life experiences. It happened to many traditional areas such as entertainment, retail, food industry, and publications etc. Offline or brick-and-mortar businesses need tremendous visits in order to survive in the digital era. Hence, we would like to solve this problem by infiltrating more interaction into the real world. We aim to create the technology that helps enterprises manage consumer experience at every real-life interaction, and enable new social connections among their suppliers and consumers. We strongly believe that a social operating system should be woven in the social fabrics of anything that touches social relationships.
