Custody battles are damaging to children, parents, employers, and the courts. Utilizing decades of personal and professional experience Christian has developed a set of tools guaranteed to reduce, if not eliminate, a majority of the unnecessary and collateral damage inflicted by custody battles. Christian earned her law degree from Case Western Reserve University in 2001 and her B.A. in English Literature from the University of Rochester in 1998. Christian is a thought-leader who successfully owned and operated a family law firm for 15 years. Even as a recovering lawyer, Christian is often called upon to teach and mentor other lawyers. An endorsed candidate for family court judge in 2010, Christian has developed a better way to help the courts with her Co-Parenting workshops.. Recently, Christian completed programs in transformational facilitation with Next Level Trainings and in entrepreneurship with Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program. She is most proud of her TEDxColumbus "Real Talk About Divorce".
