Colab4Food - Collaborative Laboratory is an R&D entity in the agri-food sector with the objective of increasing the resilience and competitiveness of this sector by promoting innovation, development and knowledge transfer in a collaborative way between academia and businesses, and being a catalyst in the process of developing new products and applying innovative technologies to the industry.We are a highly qualified team of 25 researchers with experience in relevant areas of the agri-food sector from Engineering, Biochemistry, Food Technologies, Microbiology and Nanotechnology. We also have partnerships with specialized laboratories, universities, technological centers and other entities in the sector in Portugal and Europe.
