Healthy eating and cooking has been a passion of mine for well...ever. I love to transform everyday meals and recipes into something healthy and nutritious for myself and my family. My husband also has Type 1 diabetes which was not an obstacle for me but a wonderful project to learn and understand new healthy and easy ways to prepare and cook meals.We both now eat gluten-free, low sodium and mostly plant-based, whole-foods diet. My friends and family do rave about how wonderful my meals are, even the meat eaters!
