Conscious Community, Inc. is a community-based 501(c)3. Our current focus is The Grassroots Initiative to Break Poverty. We are dedicated to helping all segments of a community gain greater quality of life and to communicate meaningfully with each other. We inspire and facilitate the transcendence of diversity into fully-integrated, cross-societal empathy and working relationships by identifying shared core values and instilling trust. Our unique process is evidence-based, statistically trackable in great detail in real, local-time terms. Our strongest niches include community leadership, personal development, welfare-to-work, prisoner re-entry and education. Conscious Community's greatest goal is to help create a sustained future of love, justice, prosperity, peace. Major tool is the Living Consciously® program.
