CrossFit Olona is a 800 sq.meters CrossFit box located in Legnano, a city near Milano (Italy). Our program is based on CrossFit methodology: constantly varied, functional movements (like squats and push-ups) done at high-intensity. Functional movements promote the body’s natural movement patterns and are essential to building fitness that improves quality of life.
