We produce high quality dried fruit and root vegetables for reputable farm shops and health shops in the region. There is nothing added to our fruit, just most of the water removed. With our root vegetables, we add some malt vinegar to our beetroot to help with the colour. Our carrot and parsnip are also completly free of additives.
