For over 25 years Danube Caviar has delivered the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction which has helped us attain the status of market leaders in Romania, along with international market recognition.As caviar producers, we are actively engaged in research and innovation activities so as to develop new aquaculture techniques that lead to the finest product quality, as well as more sustainable practices.We grow our sturgeons in floating cages in the Danube River, fact that later provides the caviar with characteristics similar to these of caviar obtained from wild sturgeons. This way, we ensure a richer, authentic taste, higher nutritional value, and overall superior quality opposed to products resulted from recirculation aquaculture systems.Likewise, as customers' satisfaction is our main priority, we adopted a flexible approach, offering clients the opportunity to choose their preferred product properties – salt percentage, free-from/containing preservatives.
