From April 2010 to April 2013 Daylight Strategies provided design, facilitation and consulting services for strategic planning. Daylight supported a broad range of clients, from global billion-dollar enterprises to small government agencies. The following represent some of Daylight's more interesting engagements:• Conducted a "mega-trends" analysis for a fiber optics company to catalyze thinking about new growth platforms• Co-led a two-day "search conference" that brought together 125+ people from more than 50 health-care organizations in one metropolitan area to craft a system-wide strategic plan for the community• Facilitated a scenario planning engagement in the nuclear power sector that defined a set of "tripwires" for testing the resiliency of the company's strategy• Supported the planning team at a medical device company through an end-to-end redesign of the company's planning calendar and template• Examined the market entry strategies of US-based industrials that have successfully established themselves in India• Designed and piloted a one-day workshop for a global energy firm to link specific R&D investment opportunities to overarching business priorities
