After speaking with many small construction companies and trades, it became clear that there was a need for administrative support for these companies. They required tailored support, someone who had knowledge of the construction industry. They wanted to focus on the tasks they enjoyed and not the day to day admin. Many of them wanted admin support but could not justify employing someone full time, others had considered VA's but did not have the time to explain terminology and procedures.
