We are a +25-year real estate firm growing from a family business into a professional enterprise. We have around 15 people on staff and manage approximately 50 investment properties, acting as managing agent for the various owners. We spend our time on project and process management relating to maintenance, bookkeeping, compliance, leasing, and reporting. We are looking to hire people who can make magic in the following areas: software implementation, accounting, office administration, cleaning & maintenance, and property management.
