The story of EMONEO began in 2005 when we first met on a small project (in DHL). Since this time, we have worked together to deliver numerous enterprise IT solutions spanning from disaster recovery systems through system integration solutions all the way to running change programs within a corporation. When working together, we were complementing each other in terms of our skills: Pavel is an architect and technical lead while Jan is a project manager and business consultant. While serving customers within a corporation we realized that we share not only a passion for technology but primarily values that determine the way we work and the way we serve the customers.In early 2017, we identified three important factors: a convenient mixture of our competencies, a long series of successfully delivered projects and mainly the values that we share. It was probably these three factors that triggered our thoughts to establish a business. In May 2017, we founded EMONEO for two reasons:1. to run IT consultancy and software development business which is determined by our values and a purpose of which is to integrate systems and businesses2. to use our knowledge, skills and experience as a foundation for developing the EMONEO team with whom we share our values: RESPECT, EXELLENCE and LEARNINGWe are building EMONEO as a solid and strong partner attracting talents and providing excellent services in the areas of IT consultancy and custom software development.
