The Economic Promotion Services of Cote d'Ivoire in the United States, Canada and Mexico (SPECI) was established in 2012 by his Excellency Mr. Alassane Dramane Ouattara, President of the Côte d'Ivoire.The role of the SPECI is to strengthen economic trades relations between Cote d'Ivoire and North America (United states, Canada and Mexico). The SPECI is responsible for conducting, coordinating and monitoring all economic, commercial and tourist activities. In other words, economic and strategic monitoring in terms of monitoring economic and financial activity; commercial promotion in terms of identifying business opportunities and partnerships, assistance to economic operators; promotion of North American direct investment, promotion of the Ivorian National Development Plan; finally promoting Ivorian tourism opportunities and projects. To achieve this goal, we are acting as a bridge between international investors and Cote d'Ivoire, by overseeing and facilitating any deals with local authorities.
