At Empower Nutrition Coaching I offer individual, small group and family coaching. In these sessions I assess my client's needs, work with them to set up realistic and measurable goals and teach them the life skills that set them up for success.I also offer grocery tours where I teach my clients fundamentals like understanding food labels, how to boost nutrient intake, cook simple and healthy meal and how to add more vegetables in their diets. In addition, I develop wellness programs for companies which can include: Collecting employees' health data,developing a readiness to change questionnaire, data analysis, strategy and program development, goal setting & progress tracking.
