Enactus is an international organisation, which brings together a diverse community of student, academic, and business leaders who use their entrepreneurial skills for the greater good of the world. Enactus SVC, a member-society of Enactus, is a team of students working towards the betterment of a city suffocating itself to death by garbage, pollution, poverty, and the lack of opportunities. Over a span of two years, we have established a name for ourselves with innovative projects spread across varied but significant issues that currently plague our society.Enactus SVC currently runs two projects, Project CiggB and Project Captain Compost. Project CiggB aims to eliminate all the perils of smoking, both health and environment related, while increasing the income generation of the poorer sections of the society in the process.Project Captain Compost aims to provide a solution to the garbage menace in the city while uplifting the social and economic status of rag pickers at the same time.
