As a recent graduate of Life University's flagship master's degree program in Positive Psychology, I am excited to share what I have learned in an effective and impactful manner. At EvenWaters Coaching, the goal is to have the client recognize his/her own resilience and the power to effect change, big or small, change perspective, harness effective energies, or come to terms with a loss. Positive Psychology is not about whitewashing the lives of the client, assuming everything is fine and that we should blithely accept the status quo. What Positive Psychology and life coaching strive to do is come at life's little hiccups with an open awareness and from an appreciative standpoint that seeks to weigh both the positive and negative in any situation.As your life coach, I will work to make you feel heard. I will endeavor to ask powerful questions, tailoring each to how you and I are interacting in the present moment. I will dedicate myself and my attention and presence to you and only you; such intense focus and awareness mapping can move worlds. As your life coach, I will help you change from where you are, continue on the sought after path, or experience levels of achievement you have not even considered possible for yourself.Together, we will strengthen your core abilities, sturdy how you encounter pain/loss/setbacks, and approach the answers to your life with the flexibility you deserve. We cannot all win every battle, but if we focus and exert our efforts we can come closer to winning the ones that count.
