We can even unpick production data, optimise processes withing buying, optimize stock levels and optimize processes production along with warehousing.Optimization for Profit is rarely used in our clients because the process is unknown to most CEOs and Finance Directors. However, we can get away from the mind-boggling Nobel Prize-Winning maths and do simple optimizations for most companies from within Excel. This feature is usually an unknown gem and it is used, according to Microsoft by only 0.01% of Excel users deploy it. It is called Solver and with it, we can take a sales plan or any other plan and optimize it for profit or minimize it for costs. Because it is contained within Excel, then it can access all your company data in order to produce an optimized model and if you wish deploy it on your dashboard showing how it responds to changes in your sales, production and marketing plans.
