HorseDream® is an international corporate training program, designed for managers and teams – how to communicate, lead, inspire, observe, ask and give feedback as leaders. This is a program for teaching people how be more confident, focused and sensitive. HorseDream® is not a horse riding course and participants do not need to have riding experience.HorseDream® is an international program for leadership through communication with horses, which has existed for more than 20 years. It is suitable both for participants who have gone through HorseDream® training and for managers who need individual training to develop their leadership skills.HorseDream® Team Building is a 1-day team building adventure. Expedition AYAZMOTO is a horse trail to a holy spring with an 18th century altar in the woods near the horse base. The trail has a map of different routes for the participants to choose from.The training and coaching sessions are held in a natural environment - open air manege.All exercises are conducted on the ground. Participants don't need to have riding experience.
