M&A advisory for the travel industry as such (tour operators, hotel operators OTA's, destination management companies, niche operators, cruise etc.).3. Sourcing of equity/mezzanine capital for real estate developers, specifically for the initial acquisition phase of new development sites / conversion buildings in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Mainly large innercity developments in Germany's Top 7 cities and selected B-cities, regardless of the designated usage (hotels, office, residential etc.).
