Welcome to my kitchen location designed and built last year to be ideal for both filming and photography. I hope the pictures and video speak for themselves but here's a little more background.The rear space consists of a bank of matt grey kitchen units. An outward facing -concrete- cooking ‘island' sits in the first third of the space. An exposed brick wall runs right along the back. One end is all glass with bi-fold doors leading onto a terrace and garden. The other end into my lounge / green room / prep room / production room. This means my kitchen can be ‘dressed' easily and I have Velux blinds and all the pre constructed ‘blacks' to insert into the glass wall for you to control the light. The flight path into Heathrow is over Richmond (six miles away) so sound isn't a problem.There's plenty of space to rig lights and several cameras in front of the island. There's more than enough room to get behind your talent hand held for any over-the-shoulder shots. The ceiling is very high, certainly enough space to swing a jib, or more recently, fly a drone!I can supply a limited amount of lighting, camera or sound equipment from the inventory. Alternatively, New Day Pictures is just two minutes away. Parking in on a CPZ and we have plenty of tickets. Free parking can be had inside Richmond Park or on Upper Park Rd both a one minute walk away. For larger productions, the local council do have a Film Dept; ‘Millennium' managed to get the whole street closed down for over a week, (details on request). There are two nearby train stations Norbiton and Kingston both with direct connections to Waterloo.In terms of catering Kingston has four supermarkets and God knows how many take away's. Perhaps more importantly there are two splendid gastro pubs just round the corner for that all important wrap party.
