Fine and Dandi is a place where people can share their journey and how they cope with mental illness to show others that it's okay to not be okay and that it is okay to talk about a problem without having to suffer in silence.Working together the possibilities are endless.Approximately 1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year with 1 in 6 people report experiencing a common mental health problem (such as anxiety and depression) in any given week.All stories online are by people who have suffered with mental illness and now want to share their journey to help others who may not be feeling themselves.We believe no one should have to face a mental health problem alone and we won't give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect they deserve.You're not alone; talk to someone you trust. Sharing a problem is often the first step to recovery.We campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
