Our workouts can be scaled to any level to ensure you are comfortable with what you are doing.Fit4Life: An exercise class for older adults who want to lead active, independent lives with less pain, less fear of falling, and fewer injuries. In each 60-minute class we generally spend about 20-30 minutes on warm up and mobility followed by a different "move at your own pace" workout at each visit.
