Flovana Properties is a short term rental company out of Tampa, Florida. Our Airbnb properties are located in the historic urban core of Tampa. Since the late 1800's V.M. Ybor, Tampa Heights and Seminole Heights have been home to Tampa's middle class just a few miles from present down downtown. Shotgun houses, Bungalows, and Cigar Rollers Casitas became architectural mainstays. Neglect during the post WWII period means the original houses are largely conserved. Little by little Tampa's historic neighborhoods are coming back. Restored homes, thoughtful local businesses, and a strong, diverse community have put us back on the map.
