Since 2000 we've been developing talent from underserved communities in Latin America, the Caribbean, and US. Through our generous donors and sponsors, our non-profit supports multiple riders every year to race in the US and help them achieve their dreams. To date, we've sent 28 riders to the professional ranks in a persistent effort to promote diversity and inclusion in cycling.
