Generation Rising is a Canadian Christian charity dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty in Latin America by providing children affected by extreme poverty with a quality education.We co-invest with local communities and families to build affordable Christian schools in slums and hamlets plagued by extreme poverty, and partner with Canadian donors to help children in those communities attend school through education scholarships.We believe that a quality education empowers children and youth to take charge of their own future, helping them lift their families out of poverty and become leaders that ignite change in their communities.
