I help people have a better, more dignified death. Family and Friends and the dying can engage in what really matters at the end of life, to share the stories, and the love and loss of this intensely human time. End of Life Doulas help create space in life for things to be done and said so the process of creating a more holistic and dignified death becomes an act of love shared by both the living and the dying. I also conduct workshops and seminars to reach a broader audience so that we can begin to shift the conversation about death and dying. The workshops educate people on the choices they have when creating and planning their time of dying. The workshops seek to take the stigma, shame and fear away from taking about death and dying by addressing it directly, honestly and lovingly.
