(ENGLISH WILL FOLLOW)HEChange possède une mission à deux volets :- Orienter les étudiants en échange et les supporter durant tout leur séjour à HEC Montréal- Accompagner et faciliter la communication entre les étudiants de l'école qui partent en échange dans une université partenaire.L'objectif est avant tout de rendre l'expérience d'étudier à l'étranger la plus inoubliable et enrichissante possible. HEChange se présente comme une référence et un intermédiaire entre les étudiants en échange, l'administration d'HEC Montréal ainsi que le choc culturel auquel les étudiants font face à leur arrivée. L'organisation est en charge d'accueillir et d'intégrer de la meilleure manière possible les nouveaux arrivants et de les rediriger vers les ressources adéquates au sein de l'école mais aussi à l'extérieur.________________________________________________________________________________________________HEChange has a 2-parts mission:- Guide the students in exchange and support them during their stay at HEC Montréal;- Accompany and facilitate the communication between the school's students who are leaving for a semester abroad to a partner university.The objective is above all to make the experience of studying abroad the most unforgettable and fulfilling as possible. HEChange considers itself as a reference and an intermediary between the students in exchange, HEC Montréal's administration and the cultural choc that the students face at their arrival. The organisation is in charge of welcoming and integrating the best way possible the newcomers and to redirect them towards the adequate resources within the school but also externally.
