We created a method based on Biohacking, which is an individual-centered approach to improve health and performance. We use scientific and technological techniques and tools such as continuous glucose monitors and a smart watch, with this tracking we generate personalized recommendations accompanied by educational programs that help the user to learn about himself and be able to generate changes in habits and behavior.
