Hager Paving's success is the result of three generations of family passion in the paving industry. The Hager family has been in the resurfacing business since 1937 at which time William Hager founded his own company, Hager Resurfacing. After graduation Don Hager joined into the family business, and soon after was successful in establishing his own company. After several years of growth the company was incorporated in the State of Pennsylvania as Hager Paving, Inc. in the year 2000 and immediately started investing in equipment and additional employees to provide a range of services, hot mix asphalt, cold patching asphalt, tar and chipping, and asphalt seal coating.
